The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions with SMARTY Trend™ Company. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. This applies to both orders placed by customers themselves via our internet shopping site and orders placed over the telephone with our sales representatives. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
 
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
 
Making A Purchase
 
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Cart" or "Checkout", and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
 
Payment and Price
 
The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden charges or surcharges at the checkout or payment stage. If free delivery is not offered then, shipping fees will be calculated during checkout based on your location.
 
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
 
We accept credit card and debit card payments. Payment can be made using the following credit or debit cards by using our 100% secure on-line ordering facilities: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro.
 
To combat credit card fraud and maintain our ability to offer low prices, SMARTY Trend™ Company reserve the right to refuse Internet orders where one or more of the following conditions applies:
 
a) We are unable to contact the customer via the telephone number entered on the Order Form;
b) The delivery address is NOT the cardholder's billing address. However, please contact us and we will endeavor to meet reasonable delivery requirements, subject to conditions being met;
c) When our credit card payment system advises us that the three digit code on the signature strip of the credit/debit card has been entered incorrectly;
d) When our credit card payment system advises us that the 3D Secure (Verified by Visa / MasterCard SecureCode) check, if applicable, has failed.
 
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, once we have dispatched the item(s), therefore, the order can be canceled by us at any point prior to dispatch. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
 
Once an order has been placed and payment made, we will send a confirmation email and receipt to the email address provided during the order process.

Taxes & Customs
 
For European countries we offer to use "Euro Express" delivery service, in this case all import duties will be paid by us and you will not pay any import taxes when getting your package. If "Euro Express" service is not available for your country then we offer to use DHL, UPS, Fedex, USPS etc. In this case, import taxes, customs fees and VAT are buyer's responsibility, according to your local country policy. For example, the duty-free limit for the USA is $800 (if the customer makes a purchase for $790 then it will be no customs fees or import duties). Each country has own customs zone policy.
 
Warranty

The customer has the right to return an item for repairing if the item is broken and malfunction is in-warranty case. If the order is shipped there is no way to cancel it. Please think twice before you place order and paid it. Please pay attention, transportation costs to the distribution center must be covered by a customer. Once item is repaired it will be shipped to customer's address. 

Purchase returns

If you received a device other than the one you ordered, then the return of the goods is possible only within 14 days after receipt.

An order placed on our website is automatically confirmed by your side within 3 days if we were unable to contact you according to the specified data, but the payment was made. In this case, compatibility is considered automatically confirmed by you with all risks and return is not possible.

If you do not need our product compatibility check services or you have provided incomplete data that was requested from our side, then you assume all risks and return is not possible.

Accuracy of Product Information
 
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications, publicists or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of SMARTY Trend™ Company is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, SMARTY Trend™ Company cannot guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.
 
Typographical Errors
 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a full credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
 
Availability of Goods
 
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason, we will not charge you for these and we will fully refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
