General

The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions with SMARTY Trendâ„¢ Company. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. This applies to both orders placed by customers themselves via our internet shopping site and orders placed with our sales representatives. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.
 
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and accept delivery. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.

 

Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Cart" or "Checkout", and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.

 

Payment and Price

The price you see is the price you pay. No hidden charges or surcharges at the checkout or payment stage. If free delivery is not offered then, shipping fees will be calculated during checkout based on your location.
 
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
 
We accept credit card and debit card payments. Payment can be made using the following credit or debit cards by using our 100% secure on-line ordering facilities: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit and Maestro.
 
To combat credit card fraud and maintain our ability to offer low prices, SMARTY Trend™ Company reserve the right to refuse Internet orders where one or more of the following conditions applies:
 
a) We are unable to contact the customer via the telephone number entered on the Order Form;
b) The delivery address is NOT the cardholder's billing address. However, please contact us and we will endeavor to meet reasonable delivery requirements, subject to conditions being met;
c) When our credit card payment system advises us that the three digit code on the signature strip of the credit/debit card has been entered incorrectly;
d) When our credit card payment system advises us that the 3D Secure (Verified by Visa / MasterCard SecureCode) check, if applicable, has failed.
 
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, once we have dispatched the item(s), therefore, the order can be canceled by us at any point prior to dispatch. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
 
Once an order has been placed and payment made, we will send a confirmation email and receipt to the email address provided during the order process.

 

U.S. taxes

1. When the item is available in the US stock, it means that we will ship the package with domestic FedEx, DHL or USPS shipping company and that buyer will not bear any additional cost to the order amount. Any other taxes are determined by state and local governments.

2. If the goods not in stock in the US warehouse, it means we will send the package with FedEx or DHL international shipping company from HK stock. In this case items valued below $800 are exempt from duty. Any goods valued over $800 USD are subject to import duty tax.

 

Europe union taxes

1. When customer's delivery address located in Europe Union country and ordered goods are available in a warehouse in Europe, it means that buyer will receive the goods without paying any taxes, since importer already paid all import duties.

2. If the product is not in stock in European warehouse, we will offer 3 options:

  • DHL, DPD or Parcelforce domestic free shipping (2-5 days). It can be possible after we move required goods to EU stock, it may take about 14 days. After sending a package from EU stock buyer will receive the goods with no paying any taxes, since all import duties to your country already paid by importer according to the EU regulations imports.
  • Fedex, DHL or UPS - fast free international shipping (3-7 days). The package will be shipped from US or HK stock directly to customer's address. Customer must pay all customs duties and taxes.
  • Cancel the order. If customer does not agree to wait for the order to be transported to European warehouse or does not agree to pay taxes himself, then the order will be canceled and payment will be refunded within 1-2 business days.

  

Taxes and other countries

If buyer's delivery address is outside of the U.S. and Europe Union we offer to send your order with Fedex, DHL or UPS international shipping carrier from our US or HK stock. In this case, import taxes, customs fees and duties are buyer's responsibility, according to local country policy. Each country has own customs zone policy.

 

Warranty

  • We support warranty on all devices that were purchased at our store;
  • Warranty is long for 12 months on all supplied;
  • Warranty shall only be accepted with the proof of purchase. Payment receipt should be provided before warranty claim;
  • If the purchased product has a fault within 12 months, customer can send the goods for repair to an authorized repair center, which will be appointed. Please mention, all shipping fees are covered by the customer;
  • Warranty does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, and improper use;
  • We are not responsible for the third party and cost incurred if the product was installed not by a professional car service.

  

Purchase returns

Customer have 14 days from the date of receipt to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Item condition for returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund payment using original method of payment less shipping costs within 14 business days. If customer prefer an exchange, we will send a replacement item as soon as we receive the returned item.

 

Order confirmation

  • If we have paid order and we cannot contact cusomer withing 3 business days for car's compatibility check, then this order is automatically confirmed after 3 business days. In this case, compatibility with customer's car is automatically considered confirmed and items return is not possible.
  • If customer do not need our product compatibility check services or customer provided incomplete data, then customer assume all risks and items return is not possible.
  • If the order is shipped (shipping carrier provided tracking number) there is no way to cancel it.

 

Accuracy of Product Information
 
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by hardware manufacturer and software developers. The intention of SMARTY Trend™ Company is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible. However, SMARTY Trend™ Company cannot 100% guarantee the reliability or the accuracy of the information contained within its pages. All the actions taken by the user of the website are the responsibility of the individual.

 

Typographical Errors
 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a full credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).

 

Availability of Goods
 
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason, we will not charge you for these and we will fully refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
