We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or the product arrived with a manufacturing defect, you can return it in accordance with the following recommendations.
14 days return policy
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Item Condition for returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging.
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team via contact us page and request a Return Authorization (RA) number;
- Pack the item securely, include a return reason sheet, include the RA number in the package, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will receive the address and name of the recipient from a competent manager.
Returns and exchanges
- Refunds. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund you to your original method of payment less shipping costs within 14 business days.
- Exchange. If you prefer an exchange, please specify the replacement item when requesting your RA number. We will send a replacement item as soon as we receive the returned item.
Non-returnable goods
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Damaged;
- Without original packaging;
- Without components and accessories;
- Without accompanying documents;
- Showing signs of use.
