Warranty

  • We support warranty on all devices that were purchased at SMARTY Trend store;
  • Warranty is long for 12 months on all supplied;
  • Warranty shall only be accepted with the proof of purchase. Payment receipt should be provided before warranty claim;
  • If the purchased product has a fault within 12 months, please return the goods for repair by an authorized repair center. After the occurrence of warranty case, we will appoint a service center. We have cooperation with many service centers in different countries. Please mention, all shipping fees are covered by the customer;
  • Warranty does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, and improper use;
  • If you find a fault of your purchase within first 14 days, you may return your goods for an exchange, or send goods back and get a full product refund. The unit must be in the same condition as supplied. Please mention that the customer is cover all shipping fees.
  • We are not responsible for the third party and cost incurred if the product was installed not by a professional car service.
