Warranty

We support warranty on all devices that were purchased at SMARTY Trend store;
Warranty is long for 12 months on all supplied;
Warranty shall only be accepted with the proof of purchase. Payment receipt should be provided before warranty claim;
If the purchased product has a fault within 12 months, please return the goods for repair by an authorized repair center. After the occurrence of warranty case, we will appoint a service center. We have cooperation with many service centers in different countries. Please mention, all shipping fees are covered by the customer;
Warranty does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, and improper use;
If you find a fault of your purchase within first 14 days, you may return your goods for an exchange, or send goods back and get a full product refund. The unit must be in the same condition as supplied. Please mention that the customer is cover all shipping fees.
We are not responsible for the third party and cost incurred if the product was installed not by a professional car service.
