Our commitment

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. If you receive a product and it arrives with a manufacturing defect, you may return it in accordance with the following guidelines.

30 days return policy

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return eligible items for a refund or exchange. Item Condition for returned items must be in their original condition, unused, with all original tags and packaging.

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team via Contact Us page and request a Return Authorization (RA) number;
• Pack the item securely, include a return reason sheet, include the RA number in the package, and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method. You will receive the address and name of the recipient from a competent manager.

Returns and exchanges

• Refunds. Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will refund you to your original method of payment less shipping costs within 14 business days.
• Exchange. If you prefer an exchange, please specify the replacement item when requesting your RA number. We will send a replacement item as soon as we receive the returned item.

Non-returnable Items and Value Reduction
Please note that the right of return may be restricted or the refund amount may be reduced in the following cases:

• The product has mechanical damage caused by the customer after receipt;
• The original factory packaging is missing or damaged, making further safe storage and transportation of the product impossible (the product has lost its initial commercial appearance);
• The package is incomplete (components, cables, antennas, mounting hardware, or accessories are missing);
• Accompanying documents, warranty cards, or manuals are missing (if supplied in the kit);
• Clear signs of installation, operation, software modification, or wear and tear are detected beyond what is necessary to inspect the product's functionality.
